 * Lead teams supporting servers, storage, network equipment, and data center infrastructure.
 * Own major incidents, outages, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions.
 * Manage vendors, contracts, SLAs, and service performance.
 * Ensure compliance with operational, regulatory, and safety standards.
 * Oversee budgets, costs, and operational reporting.
 * Partner with infrastructure, security, facilities, and technology teams.
 * Provide 24x7 escalation support when required.
