Preferred Qualifications * PMP, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma certification. * Experience managing performance against a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan and Performance Requirements Summary. * Experience with BMC Remedy, Remedy Asset Management (RAM), or ServiceNow. * Experience leading an incumbent capture or contract transition. * Experience managing Service Contract Act covered hourly personnel. * Minimum Citizenship Status Requirements: US Citizen ## Description Prudent Technology is seeking a Senior IT Technician to serve as on-site Program Manager for our USDA Enterprise Depot Support Services contract in Beltsville, Maryland. The USDA Enterprise Depot provides centralized device deployment, refurbishment, and excessing services to more than 100,000 USDA customers nationwide. The ideal candidate will be a working manager responsible for daily production planning, staffing and leave coverage, quality control, safety reporting, and serving as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative, while also performing production duty on the imaging bench. This role combines hands-on floor leadership with performance accountability against defined service levels and acceptable quality levels.
