* Salesforce Service Cloud PM Experience: Proven experience managing Salesforce Service Cloud implementation or advisory engagements, ideally involving case management setup and data migration.
 * Scope & Timeline Discipline: Track record of delivering fixed-scope, fixed-duration engagements (this one is 13 weeks) without scope creep.
 * Data Migration Familiarity: Comfortable overseeing a one-time data load of accounts/contacts, including validation and client sign-off., Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills; able to run client-facing status meetings independently

## Description

The Project Manager leads delivery of a 13-week Salesforce Service Cloud Advisory engagement for Office Depot, coordinating the Solution Architect and Change Manager/Trainer through a tightly scoped implementation: an email-to-case foundation across 5 mailboxes and a one-time data load of all

existing accounts and contacts.

The engagement has a deliberately fixed footprint no system integrations, English-only, and no encryption requirements and the PM is responsible for keeping delivery inside that scope while managing client-facing status, risk, and change-readiness.

Project Delivery & Scope Management

 * Own the end-to-end delivery timeline for the 13-week engagement, keeping the Solution Architect and Change Manager/Trainer on track against the defined scope.
 * Manage and report on progress against the two core scope items: email-to-case configuration for 5 mailboxes and the one-time data load of all accounts/contacts.
 * Guard against scope creep this engagement explicitly excludes system integrations, multi-language support, and encryption requirements; flag and escalate any client requests that fall outside this scope.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

 * Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact with Office Depot stakeholders for status, risks, and decisions.
 * Coordinate with the Change Manager/Trainer on end-user readiness and training scheduling ahead of go-live.
 * Report status internally to the Vectr delivery team on a regular cadence through close of the engagement.
