This role focuses on hands-on engineering, automation, and day-to-day operational excellence in partnership with other engineers and teams. What You'll Do * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation. * Support the reliability, scalability, and performance of development and production environments. * Improve developer workflows through automation, tooling, and documentation. * Contribute to observability efforts, including monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and incident response. * Partner with software engineers and platform teams to troubleshoot issues and improve delivery processes. * Participate in on-call rotations and help resolve operational incidents. * Help maintain infrastructure standards, security practices, and operational runbooks. * Support cost-conscious engineering through efficient infrastructure usage and tagging practices., * Experience supporting GitOps-based deployment workflows and tools such as ArgoCD. * Familiarity with cost optimization practices, including tagging strategies, rightsizing, and resource usage analysis. * Exposure to security-focused automation, such as secrets management, policy enforcement, or vulnerability/scanning workflows. * Experience writing scripts or lightweight tooling in languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
