## About the Role

* High school diploma or equivalent required
 * Associate degree in a computer-related field preferred
 * Experience in a service desk, help desk, technical support, or customer support role preferred
 * Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
 * Basic networking knowledge
 * ITIL certification is a plus

## Description

* Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests via phone, email, chat, and the Service Desk portal
 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and user access issues
 * Escalate issues requiring advanced technical support to the appropriate IT teams
 * Track, update, and resolve incidents and service requests through the ticketing system
 * Follow up with users to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
 * Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and support activities
 * Create and update knowledge base articles and support documentation
 * Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware and software setup
 * Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and special IT projects
 * Provide occasional support at Lakeside Foods facilities as needed
