We are seeking a skilled IAM Specialist with proven experience supporting and implementing Saviynt for medium to large-scale enterprise clients across diverse industry verticals.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in IAM concepts such as JML, RBAC, and Provisioning, coupled with extensive hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA.
This role demands excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to work under pressure during critical incidents, and strong collaborative skills within a global team environment.

At least 2 years of in-depth Level 3 support experience for Saviynt IGA
Proficiency in Java / J2EE, JavaScript, scripting languages, and XML for customization and development purposes
Strong knowledge of access reviews, certifications, and governance processes within Saviynt
Expertise in Java debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance of IAM solutions
Solid understanding of LDAP concepts with hands-on experience working with various LDAP directories
Extensive experience developing/supporting xqysrnh workflows, forms, and other Saviynt components
Hands-on experience working with application servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere, or developing J2EE applications
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with global teams and clients
Customer-facing experience is essential, with a demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and deliver technical solutions
Preferred Certifications:
Saviynt Certification or equivalent IAM certifications
Java or LDAP-specific certifications are a plus
