Experience in incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and resolution within SFMC Experience managing contacts in SFMC (bulk contact deletion, subscription/unsubscription processes ) Comfortable with edge cases such as org-level suppression list configuration, triggered send failures, automation failures and AMPscript errors Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to functional users Working knowledge of SQL, AMPscript and/or Server-Side Java Script (SSJS) ; basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive email design Experience troubleshooting email and SMS delivery issues Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Administrator certification (or equivalent) certifications are preferred Responsibilities include platform maintenance and monitoring and small-scale optimizations, consumption reports, data and contact management, bulk contact deletion, audits/compliance, user access control, incident resolution, troubleshooting, decommission of unused components, and bug fixing for existing SFMC solutions.
