The Vice President, Enterprise Platforms is responsible for the delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of the organization's core business platforms supporting contracts, finance, service management, and enterprise workflow execution. This role oversees Salesforce, ServiceNow, Icertis, Smartsheet, and Costpoint/Cognos to ensure these systems operate as secure, integrated, and reliable digital business platforms. The position enables standardized enterprise workflows, strengthens operational visibility, and ensures business platforms support scalable, compliant, and outcome-driven operations across the organization.
