* 10+ years of ground-up luxury custom home construction experience
 * Proven experience running custom home projects from start to finish
 * Experience with homes exceeding 8,000 SF
 * Waterfront or oceanfront construction experience required
 * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
 * Proficiency with Procore and MS Project
 * Piling experience preferred
 * Stable work history and strong leadership capabilities, Budgeting, Construction, Construction Control, Construction Schedule, Customer Support/Service, Detail Oriented, Leadership, Microsoft Project, Project/Program Management, Quality Control, Residential Construction

Manage luxury residential projects from inception to completion. Oversee construction schedules, budgets, and subcontractors. Coordinate with owners, architects, and design teams. Drive quality control and construction excellence.
