## About the Role

* Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
 * Bachelor's degree
 * THREE (3) or more years of experience supporting federal executive offices, business operations, strategic communications, or program management activities

What Would Be Nice To Have :

 * Experience supporting TSA, DHS, or other Federal agencies.
 * Developing executive briefings, presentations, and leadership communications
 * Supporting senior executives and coordinates cross-functional initiatives
 * Strong written and verbal communicator able to tailor messages for executive audiences
 * Managing SharePoint administration, content, and collaboration tools
 * Developing Power Automate workflows and process automation solutions
 * Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook skills
 * Strong organization, analytical, and multitasking skills
 * Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced executive environment
 * Developing solutions using Power Apps and Power BI
 * Knowledge of federal governance, strategic planning, and performance management processes
 * Familiarity with records management, information governance, and SharePoint Online best practices

## Description

The Transportation Security Support Analyst also assesses business and quality management processes, recommends improvements, and supports operational efficiency. This includes creating dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting products using Power BI and Excel; building Power Automate workflows to streamline approvals, document management, reporting, and routine processes; and managing SharePoint sites, document repositories, and collaboration tools to improve information sharing and governance.
