Preferred / Nice to Have: * Experience with reporting and visualization tools (SSRS, Tableau) * Exposure to cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) * Familiarity with Microsoft full-stack technologies (.NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web API) * Experience working within DevSecOps frameworks Core Skills & Attributes: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities * Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities * Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments * Collaborative mindset with Agile team experience, RSM does not intend to hire entry level candidates who will require sponsorship now OR in the future (i.e. F-1 visa holders). This role will focus on analyzing existing database architecture, translating complex business logic into scalable solutions, and building high-performance, compliant data models.
