Candidate will train during regular business hours before moving to assigned shift. Candidate must have a cell phone for receiving calls from Desktop lead or Manager regarding high priority tickets. A TEKsystems client in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Desktop Support resource to assist in the support of PC's, Printer's and RF devices used by Global Logistics associates. Support can consist of; day to day trouble calls or user requests, supporting on-going projects related to these types of devices and routine device maintenance / upkeep.
