Experience in software development within Agile environments. Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions and components. Exposure to working with modern development tools, version control systems, and software design principles. Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams. Experience solving technical challenges and delivering scalable, reliable software products. Fluent English language skills (B2 level or higher) are mandatory, Spanish language would be a plus. Technical Skills: About 5 years of hands-on software development and coding experience. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS, including developing, deploying, and/or operating cloud-based applications and services. Strong proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages/frameworks: C#, Java, Go, Python, or Angular. Experience with additional languages or frameworks is an advantage but can be developed on the job. Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Solid understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices. Good understanding of software design, architecture, and design patterns. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem?solving skills. Practical experience working in Agile development environments. Knowledge of software testing, automated testing, and code quality practices. Experience applying good engineering practices to build maintainable, scalable, and reliable software solutions.
