 * Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and implement network security tools including firewalls, anti-virus, and intrusion detection services
 * Ability to train staff on software applicable to their position, assist customers with information technology, monitor hardware and software system configuration, and provide instruction on computers and applications
 * TS/SCI clearance
