We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master Sr to lead strategic technology initiatives in a hybrid setting. ## Description

* Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
 * Coach teams on Agile practices to enhance delivery maturity.
 * Identify and remove impediments to maintain sprint commitments.
 * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
 * Communicate project status and risks to leadership transparently.
