## About the Role

* 5+ years of Agile Coaching experience with strong RTE experience.
 * Coach RTEs and ARTs - MUST HAVE
 * Strong Lean-Agile transformation experience.
 * SAFe SPC6 certification - MUST HAVE
 * Strong SAFe training and coaching experience - MUST HAVE.
 * Experience providing SAFe training to teams, Scrum Masters, RTEs, and leadership.
 * Strong Scrum and Kanban experience.
 * Experience with Project-to-Product transformation.
 * Strong technology background - MUST HAVE.
 * Strong training, facilitation, and communication skills.
 * Experience with Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE).
 * Experience launching/coaching Agile Release Trains and platform teams.
 * AI/GenAI or emerging technology experience is preferred.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Agile Coach to support enterprise Lean-Agile and Product Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will help the organization transition from a project-based to product-based operating model while coaching Agile teams, RTEs, ARTs, Scrum Masters, and leadership., * Coach RTEs, ARTs, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams.

 * Drive Lean-Agile and Product Transformation.
 * Deliver SAFe training and workshops for teams and leadership.
 * Support ART launches, PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and Agile ceremonies.
 * Help establish and mature platform teams and LACE.
 * Partner with technology teams and leadership to improve product delivery and Agile maturity.
