Preferred Qualifications: · Federal Government / Public Sector experience (Oracle Federal Financials, SLA, GTAS, IPP integrations, or federal compliance context) is a plus. · Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) extensions or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). ## Description We are seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Financials Technical Consultant (R12) for a long-term project on-site in Bethesda, MD. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in custom development, PL/SQL, RICEFW objects, and integration across Oracle EBS Financials and Procurement modules, specifically General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchasing (PO), and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) flow.
