 * Experience working in GxP-regulated environments and applying data integrity principles.
 * Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into data, analytics, and digital solutions.
 * Data management, analytics, and reporting.
 * Experience in data analytics, visualization, and reporting.
 * Knowledge with Spotfire, Power BI, SQL, SAS, or related tools.
 * Laboratory Informatics and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
 * Process improvement, workflow automation, and digital technologies.
 * Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Knowledge of Laboratory Informatics and LIMS platforms.

Preferred

 * Knowledge with analytical laboratory informatics platforms such as LIMS and chromatographic systems.
 * Familiar with CMC regulatory submissions.
 * Knowledge of data engineering, data products, cloud-based analytics platforms, and enterprise data ecosystems.
 * Experience developing scalable dashboards.
 * Knowledge in using Generative AI (GenAI), machine learning, or advanced analytics to improve scientific workflows, knowledge management, reporting, or decision-making.
 * Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives that simplify processes, reduce manual effort, and deliver measurable business value.
 * Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

 * Promote data standards, data democratization, and scalable digital solutions that can be leveraged across programs and organizations.
