Certifications Preferred: * EpicCare Ambulatory * Epic MyChart * Epic Healthy Planet ## Description St. Jude is looking for an Epic Clinical Application Analyst (Senior or Level II) to join the Clinical Applications EpicCare Ambulatory Team. This role supports ambulatory clinical workflows by helping optimize Epic functionality, partnering with operational and clinical stakeholders, and maintaining applications that support efficient, high-quality outpatient care. The analyst will learn and apply Epic EHR system capabilities, configuration options, and functional use within ambulatory clinical workflows. They will support day-to-day operations, testing, upgrades, issue resolution, and optimization efforts while serving as a subject matter expert for assigned EpicCare Ambulatory applications and contributing to small and medium-sized projects with minimal oversight. This position may be eligible for remote work. However, St. Jude requires all remote employees to: * Travel to our Memphis campus for the interview process and/or orientation, if selected * Travel to Memphis to work on-site for one week per quarter, or as requested based on business needs, if hired.
