The analyst performs statistical analyses to help answer questions and solve problems, and oversees data-model development including conceptual, logical, and physical models. This role translates business data from a wide variety of structured and unstructured sources into usable enterprise information - which may include data management and cleaning functions and the development of metadata schemas, controlled vocabularies, ontologies, and taxonomies.
