## About the Role

* Minimum 1 year of IT support experience
 * Valid U.S. driver's license (must be able to travel and rent vehicles)
 * Experience in deskside/desktop support
 * Familiarity with AV systems and conference room technology
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required

## Description

* Provide onsite technical support for desktop hardware, software, printers, and conference room equipment
 * Perform routine tasks such as imaging computers, replacing printer toner, and resolving ServiceNow tickets
 * Support asset lifecycle management including deployments, updates, and disposal of outdated equipment
 * Maintain documentation including contact lists, process logs, inventory records, and service reports
 * Troubleshoot issues using established procedures and escalate when necessary
 * Monitor and maintain equipment, supplies, and data records to support operations
 * Assist with AV setup and virtual meeting support, including preventative maintenance of conference rooms
