## Description

* IDMC Data integration Architecture & Solution Design: Manage the IDMC Data Integration with cloud applications and enterprise systems using Informatica Cloud Data Integration and Cloud Application Integration.
 * Data Governance & Security: Implement robust data governance and data security practices in alignment with IDMC capabilities, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
 * Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior administrators, guiding them through complex IDMC Data integration scenarios.
 * Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement: Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex IDMC Data integration issues and identify opportunities for optimization.
 * Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IDMC Data integration solutions and provide regular status updates to leadership
 * Manpower Planning & Recruitment: Analyze workforce requirements, forecast staffing needs, and oversee end-to-end hiring processes.
