## About the Role

* 4-6 Years experience in Mainframe technologies (FSE).
 * 5 years of experience with JCL, COBOL.
 * 5 years of experience with DB2, SQL.
 * 5-7 years of experience with CICS, API.
 * 3 Years of experience in REXX.
 * 2 Years experience with BI Tools (Tableau) or Power BI.
 * Strong experience of operating in a quickly changing environment and driving technological innovation to meet business requirements.
 * Proven track record of building relationships across cross-functional teams.
 * Excellent time management, communication, decision making, and presentation skills.
 * Experience with Agile, Scrum and Kanban principles.
 * Knowledge of Airflow and TWSd batch jobs is required.
 * Manage code migration through the various stages for the release.
 * Flexible working in different shifts and ability to take the on-call responsibility in rotation.

Nice To Have Skills

 * Exposure to Python.
 * Experience in the healthcare industry.
 * Experience with Rally/Agile tools.

## Description

* Solid understanding of software engineering processes: Design patterns, algorithms, data structures, schemas and queries, system design, unit testing, code reviews, agile and dev-ops.
 * Analyze business requirements to develop database solutions for Health Care and Reporting systems.
 * Provide support for Service Availability, Stability & application performance.
 * Resolve production issues by code debugging, analyze logs, perform reverse engineering to find the root cause and suggest permanent fix within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
 * Available for production deployments/troubleshooting during off hours/weekends.
