Curriculum Design & Development * Oversee the creation of engaging, standards-aligned digital curriculum. * Ensure curriculum incorporates evidence-based learning science and instructional best practices. * Guide the development of learning pathways, assessments, interactive content, multimedia assets, and instructional resources. * Maintain curriculum alignment with applicable academic, industry, or professional standards. * Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and universal design principles are embedded throughout curriculum development. * Manage work product, project timelines, and product quality of the curriculum development team. * Clearly communicate feedback, suggestions, and content ideas in a timely manner. * Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, and accountability. * Manage resource allocation and vendor relationships.
