## About the Role

This position requires that the candidate selected must be a US Citizen and obtain and maintain a security clearance at the TS/SCI with polygraph level. Upon start, the selected candidate will be sponsored for a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work. Key job responsibilities - Architect and lead development of complex PCB designs incorporating FPGA SoCs - Drive system-level hardware architecture decisions and technical requirements - Lead new product
introduction (NPI) processes with contract manufacturers - Develop and validate high-speed digital and mixed-signal circuits - Ensure designs meet EMI/EMC compliance, thermal, and signal integrity requirements - Partner with FPGA/firmware teams to define hardware interfaces and requirements - Lead design reviews and drive technical consensus across multiple teams - Mentor junior engineers and establish hardware engineering best practices A day in the life You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of hardware, software, and FPGA engineers in our dedicated product development lab. Your responsibilities will span architecting innovative hardware solutions, conducting PCB design reviews, coordinating with contract manufacturers, troubleshooting prototypes, and providing technical mentorship to team members. You'll establish strong partnerships with product managers to define technical requirements, collaborate with FPGA engineers to refine hardware interfaces, and work alongside
