## About the Role

* Experience creating reports and analyses using Tableau, MS Access, COGNOS, Power BI, or similar tools.
 * Experience querying and analyzing data using PL/SQL, SQL, Python, or similar tools.
 * Experience working with business and system stakeholders to create robust test plans and test cases for web applications.
 * Experience creating, managing, and executing functional and regression test scripts.
 * Experience performing application testing based on written test scripts, documenting, tracking, and communicating defects using JSM/JIRA or similar tools.
 * Experience analyzing business requirements documents and working with technical and policy teams to identify gaps.
 * Help desk experience, including documenting, troubleshooting, and resolving reported software issues.
 * Master's Degree in Computer Science or related majors.
