## Description

* Provides remote Network Operations Center support from forward-deployed location ensuring continuity of NOC operations and distributed network management capabilities
 * Serves as backup NOC operations capability providing redundancy for centralized NOC functions
 * Monitors assigned network infrastructure and systems from remote location
 * Coordinates with primary NOC personnel ensuring seamless handoff of monitoring and management responsibilities
 * Provides NOC management decision-making support during primary NOC disruptions or contingency situations
 * Performs network monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting activities independently
 * Maintains proficiency with all NOC tools, processes, and procedures
 * Supports distributed operations model enabling resilient network management during crisis or disaster recovery scenarios
 * Coordinates with on-site base personnel for localized network issues
 * Ensures continuous network monitoring coverage and operational awareness
 * Participates in NOC training and readiness activities
 * Maintains secure communications and coordination channels with primary NOC
