## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Development, Web Science or Mathematics

 * Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned

 * 0-3 years' experience in a related field

 * You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position

 * Willing and available to work on-site 5 days per week

 * Willingness to travel up to 10 - 20% of the time for inter-office collaboration

## Description

* Work with the Technology Lead on the various platforms to drive convergence and execute implementation

 * Manage and prioritize all phases of multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality

 * Develop and improve your skills in multiple IT disciplines

 * Devise and implement new IT processes for continuous improvement
