## Description

* Serve as the primary point of contact for network incidents during evening and weekend hours.
 * Actively monitor remote sites and hardware using tools like SolarWinds and SquaredUp.
 * Perform Level 1 troubleshooting, log network incidents, and escalate complex issues using ServiceNow.
 * Manage end-user calls, hotline alerts, and broadcast enterprise incident communications via predefined templates.
