 * Experience with RADIUS, network authentication, wired/wireless access, and policy enforcement.
 * Proven production experience supporting IPv6 deployment or migration.
 * Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
 * Experience creating MOPs, implementation plans, rollback procedures, validation checklists, and operational documentation.
 * Strong technical communication and stakeholder-management skills.
 * Ability to support high-pressure migration and production cutover activities.
