This role provides hands-on leadership across integration platforms, document management systems, business process automation, and monitoring solutions, managing the supporting team as direct reports. The position balances day-to-day production support with the strategic expansion of enterprise automation, workflow optimization, and agentic AI capabilities to increase business value and operational efficiency, Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of supported platforms through proactive monitoring, alerting, escalation, and root cause analysis. * Coordinate with cross-functional infrastructure, database, security, and vendor teams to resolve production issues efficiently. * Oversee monitoring tools and remediation workflows to maintain seamless operational efficiency.
