## Description

* Administer Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
 * Configure and maintain workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes, custom fields, automation rules, and dashboards.
 * Manage user provisioning, groups, roles, and access controls.
 * Implement governance and best practices for Atlassian Cloud.
 * Perform discovery and assessment of existing Jira environments.
 * Develop migration strategies, cutover plans, rollback plans, and migration runbooks.
 * Execute migrations using Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) and Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (CCMA).
 * Validate migration completeness, data integrity, and system performance post-migration.
