Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. * Must have 8+ years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with 6+ years in design, development, and support, and 4+ years leading software development projects. Technical Skills: * Hands-on ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules, particularly with Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Customer Service Management (CSM), and HR Service Delivery (HRSD). * Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM. * Experience with JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5, Angular JS, jQuery, and CSS. * Hands-on experience with ServiceNow custom-scoped application development. * Experience using Flow Designer and with integrations. * AI experience with Now Assist, third-party LLM APIs, and Automatic test framework. * Support for development in an Agile framework, including participation in daily scrums and ceremonies. Preferred Qualifications * Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems. * Familiarity with organizational change management. * Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience with Okta and SSO technologies. * Active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification or the ability to obtain it within 3 months of hire. * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification. * ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification. * ITIL v3 Foundations Certification. * Project management experience. ## Description We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support and lead ongoing continuous improvement projects for an enterprise's existing ServiceNow implementation. The successful candidate will adapt to client needs and support the implementation of the ServiceNow roadmap. This role involves collaborating with a diverse workforce, synthesizing requirements from stakeholders, and building upon the existing ServiceNow foundation.
