## About the Role

* 10+ years of IT Industry experience with proven maturation
 * 3+ years of AA software robots development experience
 * Must have worked in full RPA life cycle from requirements definition through workflow development, testing and deployment, successfully completed at least 3 enterprise level engagements
 * Must have demonstrated experience in understanding the Vision and Mission of large organizations and working with key stakeholders to promulgate their Vision, Priorities within the Organization.
 * Must be able to quickly understand technical roadmaps, industry best practices for implementing RPA and weave them into business solutions required by various program offices.
 * Must have proven experience working in agile teams, following full development, testing and deployment in short sprints.
 * Technical knowledge/Skills
 * Automatic Anywhere
 * Good familiarity with modern technologies, tools, the cloud platform etc
 * Strategic mindset with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
 * Must have good knowledge about organizational change management, must be able to shepherd change in the organization.
 * A solution focused self-starter.
 * Highly dependable and detail- and action-oriented.
 * Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
 * Outstanding verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
 * Excellent presentation skills, with ability to present technical topics to non-technical and technical teams.
 * Strong inter-personnel skills with ability to work with internal technical team and customers, stakeholders.

Good to Have Skills :

 * Past experience as a full-stack developer, using any modern, open-source Stack.
 * Intelligent AA bots development experience, infusing ML code in RPA Workflow.

## Description

* Senior RPA developer with 10+ years of experience working in consulting and services, and at least 3+ years experience with Automation Anywhere, collaborating with business, IT, and end users.
 * Work with the team to automate integration of multiple applications with other operational systems through Automation Anywhere (AA)
 * Develop current as-is process model(s) and future to-be process model(s)
 * Use AA best practices to design the workflow(s)
 * Provide design walkthroughs to stakeholders
 * Develop, test and deploy AA robots
 * Ensure enterprise security requirements are implemented.
 * Support customer team in setting up governance methodologies for robots
 * Support the customer in understanding organizational RPA journey and work with their stakeholders to establish long-term sustenance of RPA.
