This is not a client-facing role. You'll work closely with and take direction from our lead developer, building custom software that our teams use day-to-day to deliver better results at scale. The scope is intentionally broad. One week you might be building a scraper to pull competitor data, the next you're spinning up a dashboard to visualize client performance metrics or automating a workflow that used to take the team hours to do manually. If you're someone who likes variety, enjoys solving practical problems with code, and wants to work in a fast-moving agency environment where your output directly impacts client results, this role is for you.
