## About the Role

The Management Services Division is seeking a Help Desk Finance support staU professional who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized. The ideal candidate excels at multitasking, demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
This position provides advanced customer service, IT and finance system configuration support, and accounting assistance to internal and external customers. The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while delivering high-quality service.
While comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided, candidates with a foundational understanding of the agency's operations and the Help Desk Finance Team's processes are strongly preferred. The ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders is essential for success in this role., * Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.

 * Must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with both State and Commission rules and regulations. Driver's licenses must be unencumbered by restrictions, revocations, suspensions, or points that could limit the employee's ability to drive Commission vehicles or perform driving duties required of their position.
 * Two years of experience as Help Desk Support or equivalent knowledge of Help Desk support software applications

Preferred

 * Basic knowledge of IT systems, finance processes, and accounting principles preferred.
 * Familiarity with agency operations and Help Desk Finance Team functions is a plus.

## Description

Examples of Important Duties

 * Track and reconcile deposits from Department of Parks and Recreation facilities with various accounting software.
 * Resolve escalated finance issues from Help Desk Call Center staff
 * Provide account/finance troubleshooting support to end users and clients (internal and external)
 * Detect, diagnose, and resolve over/short incidents
 * Record and track incident reports through Zendesk ticketing software
 * Assist in various scheduled duties including (but not limited to) Recreation Council payouts, Tax Payouts, and Third-Party Billing invoices/inquiries
 * Perform other related duties as assigned
