* Hands-on digital production experience, with direct responsibility for UI/UX and owned digital asset delivery (web, mobile, app)
 * Ability to develop and manage precise production estimates for digital experience projects
 * Proficient in Workfront (or similar), Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud
