## About the Role

This role will be a key member of a data technology platform development team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with extensive experience in system design, data warehousing, and performance tuning for large-scale data systems. This position requires a thought leader who can partner effectively with both technology and business stakeholders to implement robust solutions., * 15+ years of total experience as a Developer

 * Expert knowledge in Oracle/Exadata and Oracle SQL/PLSQL
 * Proficiency with Python
 * Strong knowledge of the project life cycle, Data Warehousing, and Dimensional Data Modeling
 * Experience with ETL processing concepts
 * Proven experience handling large data volumes and performance tuning
 * Strong leadership, communication, writing, and relationship skills
 * Excellent analytical and logical skills
 * Ability to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Plano, TX

Desired skills:

 * Business acumen with knowledge of the Payment domain (International and US)
 * Experience with Starburst

Pay range: $58.26 - $66.26 per hour

## Description

* Act as a key member of the development team on a GTS Data Technology platform
 * Design data systems with minimal direction or guidance
 * Partner with technology and business associates to implement solutions
 * Handle large data volumes and implement performance tuning
 * Multitask and work independently on project tasks
