## Description

* You take end-to-end ownership of customer implementation track and ensure excellence is delivered to our clients
 * You're responsible for the development of our product features and improvements with a focus on our engagement and personalization solutions
 * As full owner of the solutions along with you team, your assignments include monitoring, support and running costs for the products
 * You make project implementation plans, highlighting key milestones and intermediate delivery moments
 * You define User Stories and prepare the work packages for the Engineering Team and validate the integration with the Customer Success Team
 * On an ongoing basis you are in charge of prioritizing the backlog and work packages for the development team
 * You communicate proactively about the delivery process with all stakeholders and are the single point of contact for product related concerns or questions from our customers
 * You are responsible for testing the deployment, monitoring, and following-up to ensure high quality
 * You lead a squad of various young talents and make sure to hone their skills
