You will design and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs, conduct risk analyses, and ensure root cause analysis of failures is implemented effectively. You will collaborate closely with maintenance and operations teams and contribute to the overall asset management strategy, using SAP PM and other reliability tools to monitor, track, and improve performance.
