This role requires extensive expertise in test automation, programming, and a comprehensive understanding of testing tools and technologies. You'll be instrumental in driving quality, influencing architectural decisions, and mentoring teams to uphold the highest standards of software testing., * Strategic Test Framework Development: Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of advanced test frameworks applying brand-new technologies and programming languages to support sophisticated testing needs. * Innovation and Feasibility Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies, and develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to advance the test architecture landscape. * Architectural Contributions: Play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture of software/data testing frameworks, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adaptability to evolving business needs. * Collaboration and Coordination: Engage with diverse stakeholders including Product Management, Application Development, DevOps, and technical teams to strategize and coordinate testing efforts across the enterprise. * Technical Guidance and Mentorship: Provide leadership, guidance, and training to Test Engineers, nurturing their skills and facilitating the transition towards a sophisticated Test Engineering paradigm. * Risk Mitigation and Compliance: Incorporate risk and control processes into daily responsibilities, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks while adhering to compliance standards.
