 * Participate in discussions between stakeholders and the design team, to understand technical solutions
 * Develop and refine codes to customize and integrate ERP packages, by following detailed design specifications to meet user requirements
 * Perform data migration activities by mapping data fields and executing data cleansing under prescribed guidance, for uninterrupted integration
 * Conduct and document compliance checks against defined guidelines, to ensure ERP systems align with industry standards and security protocols
 * Draft clear and concise documentation detailing steps followed for ERP package customization, to support user training for the team
