* 5+ years of professional experience in software application development.
 * 4+ years of hands-on experience with functional programming (e.g., Scala, Haskell, Clojure, Common Lisp).
 * 2+ years of experience working with AWS, including services like DynamoDB.

Bonus Points For:

 * Familiarity with the ZIO framework.
 * Prior experience in fintech or banking environments.
 * 4+ years working with open-source web technologies.
 * 2+ years of experience in performance tuning and monitoring.
 * 1+ years working with CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling.
 * Hands-on experience optimizing high-scale server systems.
 * AWS Developer or Architect Certification., * Bachelor's Degree, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college is required
