Requirements may be met through a combination of education and experience., * Bachelor's degree preferably in technical or business-related discipline. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Five or more years of relevant experience supporting PeopleSoft CS and/or HCM environments. * Experience designing and supporting ETL processes and enterprise reporting. * Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and structured data modeling. * Ability to translate business requirements into technical data and integration solutions. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail. * PeopleTools: Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, SQR. * Familiarity with PUM images and update processes. * Fluid, Work Centers, Activity Guides, AWE, Data over DMS. * PeopleSoft security / Unix / AppStream. * Higher-ed environment experience. * Understanding of Oracle PeopleSoft CS and/or HCM functional processes., Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship ## Description The PeopleSoft Developer II - Data, Reporting & Integrations provides technical development and support for the PeopleSoft CS and HCM environments, with primary responsibility for ERP data flows, reporting solutions, and system integrations. About Us Enterprise Systems leads strategies to ensure technologies are used efficiently and cost-effectively while leveraging stakeholders' feedback to guide improvements and adjustments. Ensures technology decisions align with the University goals; system infrastructure is functional and efficient, builds data protection processes, and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs).
