Experience: Four years of administrative staff or professional work. Notes: 1. For education obtained outside the U.S., a copy of the equivalent American education as determined by a foreign credential evaluation service is required prior to hire. ## Description The Administrator I supports the Data Analytics and Performance Office in advancing FIA's data, performance, and integrity priorities by providing coordination and analytical support for reporting processes and performance initiatives. Working closely with the Assistant Performance Officer, this role helps develop performance tools, translate data into actionable insights, and ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with agency goals. The position supports data quality and consistency across TCA, SNAP, Medical Assistance, and Workforce Development programs, and collaborates with data analysts and program leadership to track performance outcomes and strengthen accountability across FIA divisions.
