* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related technical field).
 * 2 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry.
 * Proficiency in GD&T, AIAG Core Tools, and metrology software.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills., * Experience with CMM programming or 3D scanning.
 * Knowledge of 6S, welding processes, or Design of Experiments (DOE).
 * Proficiency in Minitab or advanced Excel for statistical analysis.

 * PolyWorks.
 * 8D.

## Description

* Lead continuous improvement projects to ensure defect-free manufacturing processes.
 * Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, APQP, and PPAP requirements.
 * Perform GD&T analysis and use PolyWorks for 3D measurement and part validation.
 * Lead root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa) to resolve internal and external quality issues.
 * Serve as a resource for metrology, SPC, and MSA (Gage R&R) studies.
 * Utilize Lean and Six Sigma tools to reduce scrap, rework, and process variation.
 * Work with manufacturing, tooling, and customers to manage change and resolve nonconformities.
 * Coach less experienced team members in quality practices and core tools., * Gage R&R.
 * Lean.
 * Six Sigma.
 * AIAG Core Tools.
 * Minitab.
 * Excel.
