As a Remote Booking Consultant, you'll assist with scheduling, reservation support, client communication, and research. Some requests may also involve accommodations, transportation, activities, or itinerary-related details, depending on the client's needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people make decisions, researching options, and making sure important details are handled accurately. Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided. What You'll Be Doing * Responding to client booking inquiries * Gathering dates, preferences, and important request details * Researching and comparing available options * Assisting with reservations, confirmations, and scheduling * Providing clear updates and next-step information * Following up on pending requests or missing details * Helping with changes, adjustments, or special requests * Maintaining accurate client and booking records * Supporting details related to accommodations, transportation, activities, or scheduled services * Reviewing information for accuracy before arrangements are finalized, Experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, administration, scheduling, sales support, or client relations can be helpful, but it is not required. What You'll Build Experience In Booking Support Assist with reservations, confirmations, updates, and changes. Client Communication Help clients stay informed and understand their next steps. Research & Comparison Review options and gather information based on client preferences. Planning Coordination Support details involving accommodations, transportation, activities, and itinerary timing. Remote Client Service Use online tools to manage requests, records, and communication independently.
