Related work experience may not substitute for any licensure, certification, or registration required by an agency and indicated in the advertised job description. ## Description This position is in the Division of Technology and Innovation, Bureau of Education Data Center reporting to the Chief Technology Officer., * Oversees and directs the day-to-day activities of the Division of Technology and Innovation's Educational Data Center * Devising and implementing business continuity and disaster recovery strategies building operational resilience * Evaluating current systems, processes, and technologies to identify areas for improvement. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact and benefits for the Department * Oversee the design, planning and implementation of local area networks, desktops, telephony * Supervises the Desktop Support Manager, Network & Telephony Manager * Responsible for chairing the Change Management process and recording all requests for change * Direct and manage the collection of software licensure information for software utilized in the Department * Develop, maintain and enforce IT processes, procedures and policies.
