Required Certifications & Clearance * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required * ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Required * Additional relevant ServiceNow certifications are preferred. Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting Federal Government ServiceNow implementations. * Experience with multiple ServiceNow ITSM modules. * Experience with enterprise-scale CMDB/CSDM implementations. * Experience with ServiceNow Workspaces and UI Builder. * Experience designing and troubleshooting complex ServiceNow integrations. * Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices. * Additional ServiceNow certifications beyond CSA and CIS. * Experience working in environments with Federal security, compliance, and governance requirements. ## Description The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules, JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, Business Rules, CMDB/CSDM, UI Builder, Workspaces, and enterprise integrations. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and maintaining scalable ServiceNow solutions in a Federal environment.
