* 5-8 years of experience in MES and GxP environments.
 * Strong experience with POMSnet is highly preferred.
 * Experience with Windows imaging, workstation configuration, application deployment, and troubleshooting.
 * Knowledge of manufacturing systems, validation, quality, and compliance requirements.
 * Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
